"Indian Oven" the very name implements the Culinary souvenir of India, famously called the 'Tandoor'. The concept of tandoori food cooked on charcoal in front of the guest in a visual kitchen or open air originated in the Middle East.
The cuisine gained glory during the reign of Mughals and traveled through Pakistan, Afghanistan and highways of Punjab (so called Dhabas) The same has been refined, mastered & developed by our chefs and presented to our valued guest.
